The delegation of the National Centre for Marketing and Price Study participated in the business programme of the Intergovernmental Exhibition.
The delegation of the National Centre for Marketing and Price Study participated in the business programme of the Intergovernmental Exhibition dedicated to the 20 th anniversary of the Commonwealth of Independent States “20 years of CIS: towards new horizons of partnership”.
There were symposiums, conferences, round tables organized in the framework of the business programme. Boris Smolkin, Director of the National Centre for Marketing and Price Study, made a speech at the International Research and Practice Symposium “Information and Communication Technologies: Common Electronic CIS” organized by the Business Centre for CIS Economic Development in alliance with Russian Information Society Development Agency (RARIO). His report on the work experience in creation of information and marketing centres network in the Republic of Belarus aimed at goods and services promotion excited great interest in symposium participants.
The participants of the event included government authorities from Russia and CIS countries, telecommunication equipment and software producers, communication providers, experts and top specialists in communication and telecommunication field.
The symposium showed growing scientific and technical capacity of CIS countries in such area as information and communication technologies, revealed interest to international cooperation, gave opportunity for experience exchange.
The Intergovernmental Exhibition “20 years of CIS: towards new horizons of partnership” was held in Moscow on the territory of the All-Russian Exhibition Centre on June 28 – July 3, 2011. About 50 Belarusian enterprises partook in the exhibition. The specialists of the National Centre for Marketing and Price Study conducted meetings and negotiations with enterprises, organizations and state bodies’ representatives from CIS countries that resulted in a number of prospective agreements signed.
