Welcome to seminars

Starting from January 1, 2012 public procurement of goods (works, services) in Belarus (both financed by government and own means) is planned to be obligatory held by means of electronic auctions with price reduction. Therefore the National Centre for Marketing and Price Study, RUE invites enterprises’ managers and specialists to participate (on a paid basis and free of charge) in seminars “Procurement of goods, works and services: electronic auctions in the Republic of Belarus”to be held in October – November 2011 in Minsk as well as in all regional centres (Brest, Vitebsk, Gomel, Grodno, Mogilev) and Lida.

Seminar program includes several sections:

-                 legislation of the Republic of Belarus applicable to the public procurement of goods (works, services) by means of electronic auctions;

-                 electronic document management and electronic seal, practical usage;

-                 electronic trading platform: operation peculiarities, step-by-step operation algorithm on the electronic trading platform of the National Centre for Marketing and Price Study, RUE.

Upon completion seminars participants will get detailed information on mode and requirements to electronic auctions conduct, on electronic seal, as well as practical suggestions concerning documents preparation for electronic auctions and operation on the current electronic trading platform of the National Centre for Marketing and Price Study, RUE (www.goszakupki.by).
