The collective stand of the Republic of Belarus has begun work at the Balttour 2020 exhibition in Riga
On January 31, the collective exposition of the Republic of Belarus, organized by the National Marketing Center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, began its work at the 27th Balttour-2020 international tourism fair in Riga (Latvia).
A single stand under the Belarus brand introduced visitors of the exhibition the possibilities of recreation in our country, focusing on inbound medical tourism. The participants of the collective exposition were leading Belarusian sanatoriums and health resorts (“Yunost“, “Neman 72“ sanatoriums, “Belagrozdravnitsa“, “Borok“ health complex), hotels (Hotel Holding of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Belarus, “President Hotel“, “Minsk“, “Planeta“ Hotel, “Yubileiny” hotel), castle complex “Mir”, as well as the state information portal of medical services “Clinics of Belarus ”.
The collective stand of the Republic of Belarus was opened by the Ambassador of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Latvia Vasily Markovich.
The tourism exhibition is attended by 860 companies from more than 40 countries. More than 30 thousand visitors are expected from Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Russia, Scandinavia, and other European countries.
The work of the collective stand of Belarus will last until February 2, 2020.
