National Center for Marketing attended a public procurement business forum
On January 23, 2020, the business forum “Public Procurement, Procurement for Own Needs, Tenders, Competitions, Exchange Trading”, organized by the Republican Confederation of Entrepreneurship, was held. Oksana Goncharik, Head of the Client Relations Department of the Procurement Support Department of the National Center for Marketing, made a presentation “Procurement Digitalization in the Republic of Belarus”.
The speaker informed the participants about the services to support the export activities of Belarusian enterprises, which are provided comprehensively by the National Center for Marketing. Oksana Goncharik dwelled on the topic of public procurement, in particular, on the process of their transition to digital format. Particular attention was paid to the electronic format of the procurement procedure from a single source, implemented by the National Center for Marketing as part of the Government’s order to digitalize this procedure in order to increase its transparency. The participants also learned detailed information about GIAS, the electronic trading platform www.goszakupki.by and the IS “Tenders”. The listeners received recommendations from a specialist on the correct algorithm of actions of a public procurement participant, sources of search for information on procurement by field of activity. The speaker also outlined development prospects related, inter alia, to international cooperation in public procurement.
Representatives of the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade, the National Center for Legal Information, Belneftekhim Concern and others also took part in the event.
