The Educational Centre of the National Centre for Marketing updated its training programs
The Educational Centre of the National Centre for Marketing updated the program of training courses and educational programmes for advanced training in the field of procurement in connection with changes to the Law on State Procurement of Goods (Work, Services), which will come into force on July 1, 2019.
The basic principles of public procurements will remain the same but the changes will affect all stages of the organization and conduct of public procurement procedures starting with the formation and placement of the annual procurement plan and ending with the contracting format.
«The participants of the procurement system have almost a year to study the innovations in the legislation but it is necessary to prepare in advance,» the head of the Educational Centre Natalia Tyshkevich said. – We have already included an overview of the new law on public procurements in our training programs. In addition, during the year the Centre will prepare reviews of the newly implemented regulations, which will be included in the educational programme.»
