The National Centre for Marketing held a seminar on public procurements for the educational institutions in Soligorsk
On February 26, 2019, the Educational Centre of the National Centre for Marketing of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus held a training seminar in Soligorsk on the topic “Organization and conduct of procurement of goods (works, services) in the educational institutions of the Republic of Belarus”.
The seminar highlighted such topics as the procedure for regulating purchases with an overview of changes to the Law “On public procurement of goods (works, services)”, the annual procurement plan, the provision of information on procurements, competitive and non-competitive procurement procedures, procurements from one source, procurements of food products.
During the seminar participants discussed issues of liability for violation of procurement legislation, were provided with practical recommendations on documenting the procurement procedure, were informed about the process of appealing against the decisions of the customer (organizer) and ways to resolve disputes between customers and participants.
Participants received answers to their questions at the end of the meeting. The seminar was attended by more than 60 specialists from Soligorsk.
The Educational Centre of the National Centre for Marketing of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus regularly holds thematic seminars on procurements. Training programs are concluded in regards to many years of experience in the field of information support for procurements and support of export. Qualified experts of the National Centre for Marketing are lecturers at these events.
