The National Centre for Marketing and REVERA Law Firm held a training
The National Centre for Marketing and REVERA Law Firm, specializing in judicial disputes at the International Commercial Arbitration, held the first training “How to defend the rights in procurement?” on June 21, 2018.
The representatives of 60 companies attended the training. The leading Belarusian experts described the common mistakes of the buyers and participants of the tenders and told how to resolve the disputes in procurement.
“This training is very informative for CEOs of the companies, commercial directors, heads of the sales and procurement departments. Many companies participate in tenders, because they are major sales channels. A conflict between the buyer and participant of the tender may damage the company’s reputation and lead to financial losses for both parties. We have examined the cases and told the participants, how they can defend their rights through the pre-trial process and in the court and meanwhile maintain partnership”, said Natalia Tyshkevich, Head of the Education Centre of the National Centre for Marketing.
